Based in Andover, O'Briens Camping supplier of the full Domestic camping range, including 3 way camping gas fridges, 3 way portable fridges and freezer, air conditioners, free standing gas fridges, Seitz roller blinds, S4 caravan motorhome windows and heki rooflights to clients throughout the UK. Formed in 1993 the company has many years of experience in the camping market.

O'Briens Camping has a growing customer base, based throughout the UK, including many camper van convertors. The company is managed by Ann and Terry O'Brien who have been involved in the business for many years. Ann or Terry are more than able to take good care of the company, having previously worked in large organisations.

When the Electrolux fridge in my motor home died, I searched the web for the Dometic replacement. O'Brien's came up with a price nobody else could/would match. Equally (more?) importantly they had one in stock rather than "in our warehouse in Germany/Holland" (to quote some other suppliers). I ordered and paid for it on Friday and collected it on Monday. Not only would I recommend O'Brien's to others, I already have.

The lady who handled my enquiry and subsequent order was very helpful and patient with me especially when we were trying to arrange delivery. She called back promptly as she said she would.
I paid an extra £5 for a "specific time" delivery and was disappointed when the delivery man arrived early. It was fortunate I had just arrived at the caravan but feel I should have the additional costs refunded to me. The driver apologised and did say that had I not been there he wondered if anyone else would have been able to re-deliver that day.
It is unusual to feel aggrieved at a delivery being early but I hope you understand my position at having paid for an extra service which I did not get.

O'Briens is primarily a mail order firm but it was no problem for us to go and look at the goods before purchase. Ann was very helpful and accommodating, opening several windows before we made our choice. Of the two hobs we were considering she recommended the least expensive for our purpose - a sure sign that customer satisfaction is of paramount importance. O'Briens is a nice family firm with the customer's interests at heart and we have no hesitation in recommending them.
